How it Works

You will need to participate on a limited basis and, with our advocacy, you will receive a an outstanding product. You will spend about 30 hours in a five week process to complete the business plan. At the end of five weeks you will have a Business Plan for your enterprise that you will be proud of an can be used to attract the neccessary funding, staffing, suppliers, and banking relationships to launch your project!

• Week One: We will conduct an initial set of two meetings to formalize the Vision of your enterprise.
• Week Two: We will conduct two marketing, product development and sales meetings - two hours each. Prior to that meeting you will be expected to devote at least six hours, on your own, to answer specific questionswe will give you at the initial meeting of your Business Plan.
• Week Three: We will conduct two Operations meetings - two hours each. Prior to that meeting you will be expected to devote at least eight hours, on your own, to answer specific questions we give you at the initial meeting of your Business Plan.
• Week Four We will conduct an initial draft review meeting. Then send you an edited draft for detailed review and 'red line'(in hard copy); you will return your 'red line' comments to us within four days. Your approximate review time should be about six hours.
• Week Five We will incorporate your input inot the final draft and present your final document and a copy of the E-files within a week.
